Key Responsibilities:

Supply technical advice to the processing team on jobs, parts, assets, and customer issues.
Helping the team supervisor improve productivity and workflow.
Keeping asset details, service info, and job records up to date.
Makingsure technician job reports, hours, and purchases are recorded correctly.
Checking job sheets and certificates for accuracy
Entering data into the PAMS system and client portals.
Keeping all technician work records and documents organised.
Handling subcontractor jobs, check costs, and follow up on quotes and queries.
Makingsure all jobs are processed the same day or flagged for follow-up.

Manages time well

Salary -30,000 - 34,000 per year.
